Our Staff

Jack qualified from Birmingham University in 1992. Jack is married to Megan (of Wetherby Orthodontics) and has 2 children, Hannah and Sophie. Jack is a member of Boston Spa and Tadcaster Round Table. He is a keen cyclist, skier and swims to stay fit. He plays golf at Moortown Golf Club in Leeds and, when he has some free time, takes part in car rallying with his brother Mike.

Richard qualified from Kings College, London in 1989 & spent several years working in hospital. He moved to Yorkshire in 2002 where he joined the Headrow Dental Practice becoming a partner in 2007. He is married to Zararna, a consultant orthodontist at the Leeds Dental Institute & have two young sons. He enjoys the outdoors, particularly road running.

Amanda joined Ashby in the Summer of 2006 after working in General Practice in Bradford. She qualified in Newcastle in 1990 and worked in the hospital environment for several years, including a year in Canada. Amanda is married to Joe and as well as looking after and riding her horse, she enjoys walking, cycling, running and painting.

Paul qualified in Leeds in 1999 and has worked in General Practice in Leeds and York since. Paul joined the team in 2005 and has become a highly valued member of the practice. He has been involved in several courses in Restorative Dentistry and Dental Aesthetics. Away from work, Paul enjoys cooking, walking and travel.

Victoria joined the team in August 2006, previously from a business & legal background. Victoria works alongside Jack & Richard dealing with all aspects of the overall management of the practice and is well equipped to deal with the challenges as our Business Manager. Victoria is married to Justin and has a little boy called Magnus, who keeps her on her toes! Away from work Victoria loves nothing more than spending time with her family, going shopping, eating out and socialising with friends.

Elizabeth Powell

Elizabeth qualified in at Newcastle University in 1998. She joined Ashby Dental Practice in July 2006. Part of he working week is also spent in a specialist periodontal practice. Elizabeth enjoys skiing, aerobics, cooking and socialising in general.

Sally Hill

Sally qualified at Leeds University in 2000. She joined Ashby Dental Practice in September 2006, previously working in general and aesthetic practices in York. Sally is married with 2 children, William and Henry. She enjoys swimming, wind surfing and holidays with the family in their Camper Van.

We have a fabulous team of Dental Nurses at the Practice, both Qualified and some in training. All our Staff are fully registered with the General Dental Council.
